Terms of Service

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms govern access to the PUBG URC software and the related server services (the “Service”) provided by PUBG URC (the “Operator”). By using the Service you enter into an agreement with the Operator on the terms set out below.

The agreement is concluded when you first do any of the following: activate a license key or promo code, launch the application under a valid license, or pay for access. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the Acceptable Use document form an integral part of these Terms.

2. Who may use the Service

The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 or older with full legal capacity. By registering and paying for access you confirm that you meet these requirements.

The Service is not available to persons or entities subject to applicable sanctions, nor to persons whose access was previously terminated for breach of these Terms.

3. Subject matter and scope of the license

The Operator grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes for the paid term and within the permitted number of devices.

The software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted to you remain with the Operator and its licensors.

• access to the Windows application and its features for the paid period;
• server-side synchronization of profiles, configurations, and calibrations;
• updates in the selected channel (stable or test) while the license is valid;
• support through the in-app request channel.

4. No affiliation and risks of use with online games

The Operator is not affiliated with KRAFTON, Inc., Tencent, their affiliates, or any other game rights holders, and does not act on their behalf. All trademarks and names belong to their respective owners and are used solely to indicate compatibility.

You understand and accept that using third-party software together with online games may breach the user agreements and rules of those game services and may result in a warning, feature restriction, temporary or permanent suspension of your game account, or other measures taken by their operators.

Such consequences are decided by third parties, are outside the Operator’s control, do not constitute a defect of the Service, and do not give rise to a refund. You alone are responsible for deciding to use the Service and for complying with third-party rules.

5. License key, devices, and term

Access is granted through a license key or a promo code and runs from activation until the paid term expires. The remaining term and the device count are shown in the application.

The key is personal. Transferring, publishing, selling, or sharing the key is prohibited. The number of simultaneously bound devices is limited by the license; unlinking a device is possible within the stated frequency limits.

The Operator may apply technical license controls, including binding to a device hardware fingerprint and limiting the lifetime of session tokens.

6. Price, payment, and currencies

Current access periods and prices are published on the website. The Russian rouble is the base settlement currency; amounts in other currencies, including cryptocurrencies, are indicative and calculated at the rate shown at the time of display.

The final amount, payment method, and rate are confirmed at checkout. Fees charged by payment systems, blockchain networks, and exchange services are paid by you and are not included in the price.

The Operator may change prices for future periods; a price change does not affect an access period that has already been paid for and is running.

7. Updates and changes to functionality

The Operator develops the Service: features may be added, changed, or discontinued. Every update package carries a SHA-256 checksum that can be verified before installation.

The Operator makes reasonable efforts to preserve the advertised functionality during the paid period. A material reduction of core functionality entitles you to a refund under the Refund Policy.

Compatibility with future operating system, driver, and third-party software releases published by third parties is not guaranteed.

8. Support

Support is provided through the in-app request channel and the contacts published on the website, in Russian or English, within a reasonable time on business days.

Handling a request may require license details, the application version, and a description of the problem. Support does not cover configuring third-party hardware or software.

9. Use restrictions

You agree to comply with the Acceptable Use document. Prohibited activities include reselling access, circumventing technical protection measures, decompiling beyond what the law expressly permits, automated attacks against the infrastructure, and giving access to third parties.

Breaching these restrictions is a material breach of the agreement and grounds for suspension or termination of access.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its source code, interfaces, graphics, texts, and databases, is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to the Operator or its licensors.

The settings and configurations you create remain yours; you grant the Operator the right to store and process them to the extent required for synchronization and backup to work.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” within the advertised functionality. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator gives no implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or of any in-game outcome for the user.

This section does not exclude or limit warranties that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for lost profits, indirect or incidental damages, loss of data, or the consequences of third-party actions, including measures taken by game services and failures of payment systems or network providers.

The Operator’s aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for access during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or in any other case where liability cannot be limited by law.

13. Suspension and termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, signs of key compromise, payment fraud, or where required by law, notifying you through the available contact channels.

Where access is terminated for a breach, amounts paid are not refunded unless mandatory law provides otherwise. You may contest the decision by sending a reasoned request to support; the Operator reviews it within a reasonable time.

You may stop using the Service at any time; termination on your initiative is governed by the Refund Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms. The new version is published on this page with its date and takes effect for new access periods upon publication; for running periods it takes effect no earlier than 14 days after notice, where the changes materially affect you adversely.

If you disagree with the new version, you may stop using the Service and request a refund for the unused paid period under the Refund Policy.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the following jurisdiction: Russian Federation, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside as a consumer.

The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiation: send your claim to support@pubgurc.app; the response time is 30 calendar days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the competent court under the applicable law.
