A PUBG URC licence works on one computer. This protects your purchase from someone else using the key. You can move access to a new PC yourself — here's how.
What to do
- On the old computer open the app and unbind the current device in the "Licence" section or in your account.
- Install the app on the new computer and sign in with the same key.
- If the old PC is no longer at hand, you can unbind the device from your account on the website.
Why the binding doesn't change instantly
After unbinding, a new binding becomes available after some time (48 hours by default). This isn't a bug, it's a safeguard: it stops a key from quickly "hopping" between different computers. Wait out the period and activate access on the new PC.
Are settings kept
Yes. The weapon matrix, map calibrations, equalizer, hotkeys, theme and language are stored in your account, not on a specific computer. After activation on the new PC everything comes back automatically — nothing to set up again.
If something went wrong
Don't re-enter the key many times in a row if you see a "server unavailable" message — your access is safe, the app will restore the connection itself. If the binding won't clear or the period seems too long, write to support straight from the app: the request attaches to your licence and gets resolved faster.
