Before updating

Read the site changelog and your installed version. Save important manual profiles before experiments or a move to another computer. Download the archive from the official link. An old shortcut may still launch a previous copy even after a new file has been extracted elsewhere.

Stuck at 90%: what to record

Record source and target versions, time and exact message. Avoid multiple instances and deleting settings. Keep the updater log with secrets removed. For manual installation, verify the official archive and its checksum.

If an update stalls

  1. Record the percentage, wait time and source version. Do not start many updates in parallel.
  2. Check the network, free space and any confirmation or file-blocking window.
  3. If waiting does not help, close the client and download the current archive manually from the site.
  4. Extract it into a separate folder, launch it and verify the version. Keep the working copy until you check the replacement.
  5. If the error repeats, keep its exact text and log, removing licence secrets before sharing publicly.

Post-installation checks

In Training, check key import, ADS, slots and empty-slot recognition. Then test your profile, map tools and required overlays. Repeat firing checks after PUBG patches too, because game updates can change weapon balance independently of PUBG URC updates.

A useful support report

Include Windows version, PUBG URC version, the action preceding the issue, its exact message and whether it repeats after restarting. For recognition, attach inventory and result; for a map issue, size and zoom; for payments, the order number. Do not label every failure a hosting issue: similar symptoms can arise at different stages.
