Cabinet, Telegram and account security

One account, several interfaces

The website cabinet, client and linked bot show your account data. Check balance and expiry against current server information, not an old screenshot. A public reviewer profile is separate from the cabinet and must not expose licence secrets or payment details.

What belongs in a support chat

Provide client version, action and error time. For payments, include the order number with unnecessary receipt data removed. Never publish passwords, login codes, recovery secrets or full keys. Verify the official support link, not only a display name.

Linking Telegram

  1. Open your cabinet and start Telegram linking.
  2. Use the supplied one-time code or link in the genuine bot, never on an unrelated website.
  3. Check that the bot shows your account, subscription expiry and balance.
  4. Choose the notifications you need. If the bot was blocked, unblock it first.
  5. Do not share the linking code: it connects your Telegram to the account.

Protecting access

Use a unique password and the available two-factor protection. Store recovery codes securely. Support should not receive your password, 2FA code or recovery secret. When changing computers, use the supported device-management workflow rather than trying to bypass limits with parallel clients.

Before contacting support

Check the client version, active licence and connectivity. For payment issues, provide the order number; for a crash, the exact message and a log with secrets removed. Use the official channels in the site footer. A Telegram username alone does not prove account ownership.
