Licence, wallet and hourly access

First purchase and key

A new customer first purchases a subscription through the normal checkout and activates the received key. Activation creates a personal rouble wallet for a paid customer. The key links access to your account and device; a balance does not bypass blocking, device checks or account security. Do not share your key.

A balance is not a selected plan

Top-up and access purchase are separate. After crediting, choose a term and confirm its charge even with sufficient funds. Otherwise compare hourly rate and available time. Do not pay twice before checking the first order.

Top-up and plan purchase

1. Check the balance in the app header and under Licence. Its tooltip estimates available usage time.
2. Open a top-up from the app, cabinet or linked Telegram bot and enter a rouble amount.
3. Choose an available method: bank cards, SBP, USDT TRC20 or TON. Crypto limits in roubles are approximate; the cashier shows final terms.
4. Wait for payment confirmation. Returning from the cashier alone does not mean funds have been credited.
5. After topping up, choose and confirm a subscription plan paid from the wallet. Funds are not silently converted into the longest plan.

If a plan is unaffordable

When the subscription expires, top up enough for a plan or explicitly agree to hourly billing. It uses your balance while the client runs with an active licence. Hourly mode must not turn on without consent. Compare the displayed rate with a plan: hourly access offers flexibility, while multi-day access is intended to be better value.

Warnings and payment issues

Watch subscription and balance warnings. Close the client if you do not want paid usage to continue. If the cashier charged you but the wallet did not update, keep the order number and receipt instead of paying again blindly. Support needs the amount, method, time and order number, not your crypto private key or a full licence key in a public chat.
