Awards, levels, reviews and public profile

Read the award conditions

Open each award's description for its conditions and current reward. Do not rely on old announcements promising a bonus day for every action. A reward can now grant wallet funds, experience, a discount or access days for selected difficult achievements. These benefits are different and cannot be added as though they were one currency.

Balance increased but days did not

Check the reward type. Cash appears in the wallet and need not change expiry: a plan is purchased separately. Check bonus days against access expiry. Experience advances levels but is not roubles.

Checking progress

1. Open your awards in the client or cabinet and compare earned achievements with remaining conditions.
2. Check level and rank. Experience is not the same as a rouble balance.
3. For cash rewards, check wallet history; for bonus days, check access expiry.
4. Check the final renewal price: discounts and promotions follow the active limits.
5. If progress has not updated, check server connectivity and reopen the page before contacting support.

Review and profile

Write an honest review of the client you actually used. Never include a licence key, email, order number or other people's data. A public profile may show your name, rank, achievements and review; account management remains in the cabinet. Check the visible information before enabling public visibility.

Avoid artificial progress

Complete the actual achievement conditions. Repeated payment callbacks or page visits should not grant the same reward multiple times. Report duplicate credits rather than treating a bug as a wallet top-up method.
