Mk14: keep single and automatic checks separate

Characteristics and client behaviour

  • Class: DMR
  • Ammunition: 7.62 mm
  • Firing mode: Single, automatic

Choose the scenario before testing

Mk14 supports single and automatic fire, but they are not the same verification scenario. Start with the mode you use most. Keep equal manual intervals for singles. Check the current client’s actual automatic behaviour with a short sequence; single-shot results do not establish a correct hold-fire setup.

Stance and optics are separate variables

With magnification, verify sensitivity first. Compare the same shots from your usual stance and another in-game stance without also changing the stock or muzzle. Recognise a new equipment combination before testing. A check of prone singles alone cannot establish one universally suitable Mk14 setting for other stances and firing modes.

Treat older numbers carefully

Update 32.1 adjusted Mk14, including firing cadence. If a reference and a URC profile parameter disagree, do not label the application’s number as current game statistics. It is a calculation parameter. A repeatable check with your installed version and equipment matters more than fitting behaviour to an attractive number from an old table.

Profile rows, not an equipment compatibility list

red dot, 2x, 3x, 4x, 6x, 8x, 15x

These are software catalogue rows, not a claim that every optic fits this weapon in PUBG. For integrated sights, verify the actual game and client state. URC profile numbers are calculation parameters, not measured statistics for the current patch. Disputed damage and firing-rate values are not presented as current facts here.
