QBZ95: a different profile with familiar ammunition

QBZ95 often replaces a familiar rifle after you have collected 5.56 mm ammunition. That is convenient for inventory management, not proof that the old profile fits. Refresh detection and confirm QBZ95 in the correct slot. Check the other slot too: its rifle and attachments should retain their own state rather than inherit the new weapon’s configuration.

Build around your usual engagements

Start with a red dot and attachments actually available to your loadout. Fire short sequences from your usual stance, then extend them. Locate the error: does every opening pull down, or does only the tail rise? The first calls for checking excess strength and ADS; the second points to the late curve. One adjustment need not solve both.

Do not borrow an SMG test for an AR

After close-range checks, test QBZ95 separately with magnification. Sensitivity and target visibility change the feel even with the same profile. If short bursts suit you better, evaluate those rather than chasing uninterrupted fire. A claim of a recoil-free QBZ macro explains neither horizontal spread nor where shots land at the distance you actually use.
